Instructions

  1. Fry your Jamaican-Style Grains, cheese and cornflour in a pan until combined.
  2. Once cool, roll the mixture into balls and coat in seasoned flour, almond milk and Panko breadcrumbs. 
  3. Heat some oil in your pan and fry the rice balls until golden.
  4. Serve with jerk mayo and enjoy!
